FOAM ROLLING (FM) AND ROLLER MASSAGE (RM) CAN PROLONG ACTIVE AND PASSIVE ROM (OCT 2017)

Hodgson et al 2017 found in that replacing half of static stretch times with foam rolling can prolong active and passive ROM of Hip flexion and knee flexion up to 30 mins. This may be applicable for sports that have athletes resting on the bench.
